People with practical experience learnt on-the-job doing Maintenance Planning who want recognition and certification can get certificated in one of two ways

#1. They can do the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Training Course by online distance education and complete all assignments to receive a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Certificate.

#2. They can be assessed for a certificate by providing two examples of their best completed maintenance work packs for review. Plus, answer a questionnaire to confirm their skills and the depth of understanding and knowledge about maintenance planning.

Information On the Work Packs Assessment and Maintenance Planning Certification Process

Your two example maintenance work packs are reviewed for thoroughness and completeness against the maintenance work pack standard taught in the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling distance learning course.

You are also given a questionnaire with a series of questions you need to answer in good detail that explore and investigate your abilities, knowledge, and understanding of important maintenance planning concepts, methods, and techniques.

Your level of maintenance planner certification is assessed from the review of the sample work packs, and the content and quality of the answers given in the questionnaire.

The certification levels are:

• Entry Level Maintenance Planning Certificate
• Intermediate Level Maintenance Planning Certificate
• Competent Level Maintenance Planning Certificate
• First Class Level Maintenance Planning Certificate
